Because every item is hand, custom made and we don't have stock on hand, your order can not be returned due to your incorrect measurement. Please make sure that you have given us the correct measurement for your dog.
All items are shipped UPS insured. Processing time is 4 to 6 weeks. If you want your order shipped by a different carrier or to your place of work, state that information on your order form.
